Please know that you will come across items that are defective, we at WholesaleWalletsDirect.com do what we can to minimize defects through inspections and fragile handling. Please check each item, and notify us immediately upon receipt if your item is damaged. All merchandise purchased from WholesaleWalletsDirect.com must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date at the customer's expense for a store credit (to be used on your next order, minimum of $100). Please look over your orders carefully before you process them, WholesaleWalletsDirect.com is not responsible for any mistakes made during the ordering process. To insure the right items are ordered, please review the shopping cart before you check out.
Return condition Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resellable) condition. Items that have been used damaged by use cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on final sales (closeout, clearance items and etc.)
Restocking Fees Return items without the original packaging and original tag will be charged a 20% restocking fee from the return credit amount. There is no restocking fee for returns of unopened, unused, and untested items returned within 10 days. This means all items returned must be in new condition.
In-store Credit
Once your items are received and inspected by our returns department, we then process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account. (usually within 72 hours). Store credit will be issued for the refund of unsatisfactory items. Credits can be redeemed as long as there is an active account with WholesaleWalletsDirect.com. If a customer returns an item which exceeds the 10 day return policy and/or any product that was not purchased from us will be charged $25 for (return shipping and handling costs).
