My customer brought back a used item that has a defect. Can I still return the product? No, we do not accept used items. We only accept items that are in the same condition that was shipped to you. Please keep in mind we do not cover wear and tear, only manufacture defects.

One of my boxes I received from FedEx is torn or crushed and my wallets are damaged, what should I do? FedEx is responsible for all shipment damages. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and start a claim, and they will investigate and resolve the problem.

I received a different wallet than what I ordered, what should I do? We try our very best to inspect and make sure all orders shipped contain the correct items ordered but sometimes errors occur.
